A large part has been employed in the automation of the 30 forging lines, substantially increasing productivity. The 32.000 t "Maxi" press, in operation since 2000, is the world's largest screw press. This highly efficient production facility enables chain links, idlers, support rollers and sprocket rims to be forged at the highest technological levels, including heavy mining equipment.
