Undercarriage components and track systems

BERCO supplies both manufacturers and users of chain driven construction machines (earth movers) either directly or through their dealers with a full range of high-grade undercarriage parts and track system components. These include track chains, track shoes, rollers, support rollers, idlers and drive sprockets.
BERCO track system components are used for mini excavators (0.5 t to 6 t), excavators and bulldozers (frames-and-track-systems7 t to 50 t) as well as for earth movers employed in mining (50 t to currently 300 t). The track system parts produced by BERCO in Italy and sold by BERCO Deutschland are manufactured in line with the DIN EN 9001 quality management and the ISO 14001 environmental management standards.

Additionally, BERCO have established themselves as suppliers of complete systems. Complete track systems are produced in conjunction with customers. "Complete Track Systems (CTS)" are also specifically manufactured for such machines as crushers, recycling plants, pavers, special drilling machines or combine harvesters. BERCO experts co-ordinate details with customers at the time the prototype is developed before going into series production.
