BERCO track chains

BERCO attaches great importance to quality in the production of track chains. Heavy-duty chains, sealed chains, greased and oil lubricated chains have been specially developed to enhance durability of pins and bushings. The chain link possesses large contact surfaces "pin-to-link" and "bushing to link", with additional wear material increasing component service life. The heavy-duty chains also include ultra hard wearing bushings for maximum service life in cases where strong abrasion is incurred.

Special heat treatment gives the BERCO chain links uniform surface hardness, coupled with larger hardening depth and core hardness. BERCO pins and bushings are produced with an optimised forced fit to guarantee reliable link connections. At the same time, the design ensures best possible tightness. This all leads to optimum wear resistance, toughness and durability, with longer service life guaranteed by optimum sealing.

Heavy-duty chains work best under medium to heavy load conditions, and are ideal for rocky ground , forest clearance and reforestation work, operating on banks or hillsides and uneven terrain. Heavy-duty chains, featuring ultra wear resistant bushings, are in their element when there is a lot of maneuvering work to be done.
